[Force 12 Talk] C3SS ?

I have a C3E.  I had a problem with ten meters similar to yours.  I was 
told that if the elements aren't almost perfectly parallel with each 
other, it will skew the SWR.  I straightened mine out and the problem 
disappeared.  I hope it is that easy for you.
